Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADACH) has signed a contract with a real estate company to develop an integrated residential complex in the Al Falah area of Abu Dhabi, comprising 899 new homes at a cost of about AED 1 billion and 882 million. The project will run for 36 months and will be delivered in late 2021, Sheikh Zayed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.
