Clouds will be more numerous on the northern half, before clearing between the Hauts de France, the Pays de la Loire and the Center.

The weather will be more covered Thursday in the northern half of the country, while the sun will still dominate in the southern half, according to Météo-France forecasts.

On the southern half of the country, the sun will make beautiful appearances with just a small risk of showers on the southern Alps and the relief of Corsica at the end of the day. The tramontane and the mistral will be attenuated.

Up to 34 degrees in the Languedoc

On the northern half however, the clouds will be more numerous at the beginning of the day. They will give a few drops locally north and east of the Seine. Temporarily, during the day, the thinnings will widen between the Hauts de France, the Pays de la Loire and the Center.

In the morning, temperatures, rising, will generally show 12 to 17 degrees, up to 20 to 23 degrees around the Mediterranean. In the afternoon, the temperatures remain slightly higher than the seasonal values. It will be 22 to 25 degrees near the Channel and near the German border, 25 to 31 degrees elsewhere, up to 33 locally in the south-west interior and nearly 34 in the Languedoc.
