The African mediator in Sudan, Mohamed El Hassan Ould Labbat, postponed the delivery of the draft final agreement of Khartoum to the military junta and the forces of the Declaration of Freedom and Change to Thursday for reasons described technically.

Neither the African mediator nor the Ethiopian mediator Mahmoud Dreir addressed the technical reasons that led to the delay in handing over the draft to the parties to the agreement, which was scheduled for Wednesday evening.

The military junta announced on Tuesday by its spokesman Shamseddin al-Kabbashi, the drafting of the agreement to be signed with the forces of the Declaration of Freedom and Change and the delivery to the parties on Wednesday, and then be ready to sign after the review and announce the date of the final signing.

The power-sharing agreement announced at the dawn of July 5, brokered by Ethiopia and the African Union, includes the formation of a sovereign council that will lead the transitional phase for a period of three years or more, consisting of five soldiers and five civilians.
