This was announced by the press secretary of Roskomnadzor Vadim Ampelonsky.

“Roskomnadzor as an authorized body will send a letter to Ozon for clarification from the company regarding the leak that has arisen,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

He added that the agency is concerned about the company's actions in a situation where "email addresses and passwords of more than 450,000 user accounts were made publicly available."

“The fact that Ozon did not warn in time about the danger posed threatens the security of all users of the online store,” said Ampelonsky.

Earlier, RBC reported that more than 450 thousand addresses and passwords of users for logging into Ozon were in open access.
