According to the newspaper, in the new PNST it is also proposed to fix various types of traffic lights. In particular, to supplement the standard structures with new elements - arrows indicating the direction of movement and the possibility of a turn.
In addition, it is possible to install square-shaped traffic lights: in them the lamp covers the entire area of the red, yellow or green section.
Also, the new PNST project assumes that motion sensors will appear on unregulated passages - they will automatically turn on the red lamp above the zebra while the person is moving.
In May, the site "Moscow 24" reported that traffic lights at another 34 pedestrian crossings were reconfigured in the Russian capital.
