“The Investigation Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia has charged the final wording of all 24 Ukrainian prisoners of war with seamen. This means that the active phase of the investigation of the case related to the collection and procedural consolidation of evidence has been completed, ”Interfax quoted him as saying.
He noted that a preliminary investigation of the case is currently ongoing, in which the defense and the accused are planning to start examining the case file at the end of July.
