Seven-time Wimbledon winner Serena Williams has a Royal Road starting Tuesday to reach the final of the tournament in London and continue his quest for a 24th historic Grand Slam success.
The former World No.1 will face her compatriot Alison Riske on Center Court. However, beware of the other American of this final table: she eliminated the current world No.1 Ashleigh Barty the previous lap.
In the semifinal, Williams would find the winner of the quarterback Czech opponent Barbora Strycova and the darling of the public, the British Johanna Konta.
In the other part of the table, Simona Halep also has a boulevard. The Romanian, who easily broke the sensation Cori Gauff Monday, faces the Chinese Zhang Shuai, only 50th in the world.
In the half, she could meet the Ukrainian Elina Svitolina, seeded N.8, or the Czech Karolina Muchova, the winner of her compatriot Karolina Pliskova in the round of 16.
