The IAEA confirmed that uranium enrichment in Iran exceeded 3.67%

“Director General Yukiya Amano informed the IAEA Board of Governors that on July 8, agency inspectors found that Iran was enriching uranium above 3.67% uranium-235,” he said.

Earlier, the official representative of the Organization of Atomic Energy of Iran, Behruz Kamalvandi, said that Iran had begun to enrich uranium above the level of 3.67%, which is provided for by the UFID.

Also, the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs promised that Tehran would reduce its obligations under the nuclear deal every 60 days, if the countries of the agreement do not begin to take into account Iran’s requirements for SVPD.
