He also noted that London continues to support "the Minsk peace process and the work of Germany and France in the framework of the Norman format."

On July 8, Vladimir Zelensky recorded a video message in which he offered Russian leader Vladimir Putin to hold talks in Minsk and discuss the situation around the Crimea and Donbass.

According to him, such a meeting can be held together with US President Donald Trump, British Prime Minister Teresa May, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron.

Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko later supported this proposal.
