The spider-man ruled the North American box office this weekend thanks to the success of the movie "Spider-Man: Far From Home", according to first estimates released Sunday by the specialized company Exhibitor Relations.

The sequel to "Spider-Man: Homecoming", directed by Jon Watts and Tom Holland under the spider-man mask, generated $ 93.6 million for its first weekend of operation.

Taking advantage of the holiday of July 4 in the United States, this new film Marvel came out Tuesday night and has already garnered a total of 185.1 million dollars in revenue.

The film takes up the story of Spider-Man after the tragic conclusion of "Avengers: Endgame". Peter Parker, the heroic teenager who hides under the mask of the spider-man, is anxiously waiting to go on a tour of Europe with his high school, while ruminating on his love at first sight for a girl in his class.
