“Police officers are checking on this fact: a five-year-old boy under guardianship in a large family in the village of Yuryevsky, Myshkinsky District, was found bound to a pole,” said TASS spokeswoman Marina Kokueva.

According to her, the child was found by representatives of the department for work with minors, who on July 5 came to the family.

According to the agency, the adoptive parents had positive characteristics.

“A large family is positive ... conditions for children are very good. They have one child, one adopted and six under care, ”the ministry said.

At present, the boy is undergoing examination at a medical facility, while the rest of the children are sent to a rehabilitation center.

It is reported that the family temporarily moved to the village about a year ago from the Moscow region.

The ombudsperson for the rights of the child in the Yaroslavl region, Mikhail Krupin, said that following the results of the inspection, the boy is planned to be transferred to state bodies.

Earlier in Tatarstan, the investigation of the criminal case on the murder of a child in a foster family was completed.

In June, URA.RU reported that a case of a 46-year-old woman was accused of beating and torturing a girl under her guardianship in the Kurgan Region.
