Al-Houthi group announced during the exhibition of military industries in the Yemeni capital Sanaa the production of what it said were new weapons, including cruise missiles and long-range march aircraft.

The move comes as successive Houthi attacks - most of them by plane - against locations inside Saudi territory, according to what the Houthis Bank targets.

Among the highlights of the exhibition, which opened on Sunday under the slogan "a period of surprises" models of cruise missiles (cruise) and ballistic, such as the missile "Quds 1" winged, as well as aircraft, including the march, "Asmad 3" and "Samad 1" reconnaissance .

The head of the Supreme Political Council of the Houthis Mahdi al-Mashat, who said that "the next stage will be full of surprises," according to the site of Al-Masirah channel, the pro-Houthi. Al-Mashat confirmed that these weapons "will make a difference in the balance of power with the aggression," referring to the Saudi-UAE coalition forces.

"The armed forces have reached an advanced stage in the fields of military industries," said General Mohammed Nasser Al-Emati, the defense minister in the internationally recognized Huthi government. "These weapons have been tested in successful operations and have proved their ability and accuracy to hit their targets.

The Houthi group announced this year that it had set up a 300-goal bank with headquarters and military and vital facilities along the UAE and Saudi Arabia, as well as installations, premises and military bases of the Saudi-UAE alliance inside Yemen.
