A state of tension prevailed shortly before in the Bab al-Rahma area of Al-Aqsa Mosque, after the Israeli police removed the wooden cutters that separate women from men while praying inside the chapel of Bab al-Rahma.

The police arrested Ahmad al-Shawish, Ahmad Rukn and Ibrahim al-Natsheh. They also evacuated the prayer hall for a while and allowed the worshipers to gradually enter it until they were full of worshipers.

According to eyewitnesses, the police threatened the youths not to raise their voices with cheers and shouts after the prayer.

It is noteworthy that the Israeli police deliberately carry out provocative measures a week ago inside Al-Aqsa in general, and the chapel of Bab al-Rahma in particular, as they stormed with military shoes, stressing that they do not treat him as a prayer.
