This came during a press conference organized by the Ministry yesterday to announce the implementation of our "Ambassadors" program during the summer, which includes the ambassadors of students of higher education, which was attended by 102 students for the current year, while the number of last year 128, and ambassadors of general education students, Which includes 731 students this year, while 159 students participated only when the start of the program in 2016, and ambassadors of education «cadres», which involved 112 educational cadres this year, after the number was only 78 in 2017.
Assistant Undersecretary for the Welfare and Activities Sector, Dr. Amna Al-Dahhak Al Shamsi, said that the ministry aims to rehabilitate the students of the UAE school through the programs of its activities that complement the program of our Ambassadors to achieve a number of inputs, including the vision of the State 2021, "The UAE's percentage includes a focus on diplomacy in education, another on sports excellence, and third on the skills of giving and community work so that students are active people at the level of community work, Arts, including the path of «Masterpieces» within «ambassadors». The total number enrolled in the programs was 7,367, of which 945 were selected, distributed to "ambassadors of public education", which includes "diplomacy" (80 students), two programs, and "tender" (140 students) "The Future", which is attended by 195 students, is involved in five programs, "Innovation", in which 200 students participate, five programs are implemented, 88 participants participate in "Sports Excellence", four programs, and finally "Masterpieces" In one program. The "Ambassadors of Education", with 112 teaching staff, are involved in four programs, and "Ambassadors of Higher Education" There are 102 participants in 21 programs. She pointed out that the ministry launched the "Ambassadors" initiative in 2016, which includes a set of programs for sending abroad for students of general and higher education, and for educational staff of academic and administrative staff.
