The Emirates Association for Gifted Education and Hamdan Bin Mohammed Al-Hakim University celebrated the graduation of the third batch of students of the 2019 Programmer and the winners of the "Haccathon Competition" in programming games, applications, artificial intelligence, cyber security and Internet. The ceremony was held in partnership with Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University in support of the UAE Strategy for Digital Transactions 2021 - Block Qin »to establish the country's leadership and a global center for the future industry.

The ceremony was held for the third year in a row under the patronage of Al-Ittihad, a group of dignitaries and decision-makers, led by Majid Hamad Rahma Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Federation of Dubai. The Emirates Society for Gifted People, Dr. Mansour Al Awar, and the Board of Directors of the Emirates Association for Gifted People.

Dhihi Khalfan Tamim praised the program of the citizen programmer, which has proven to be a cornerstone for building a new generation of national talent capable of knowledge, technology and professionalism of taking the initiative to translate the vision of leadership into the UAE's leadership as one of the most advanced and ready-made countries for future change.
