The embassy clarified that we are talking about 10 Russians, not seven, as previously reported.

“Four of them will be sent today by Nordwind, two from Air France, another four are now looking for a flight,” said the diplomats.

It is noted that passengers arrived in Mexico on July 4.

Employees of the local migration service found that three of them did not have a travel profile, three were banned from entering the country, four more had Russian passports, but they came from Uzbekistan.

“The Migration Service believes that their passports may be false,” the embassy said, explaining that diplomats cannot influence the decisions of the Mexican migration authorities.

Earlier, the Russian Embassy in Mexico reported that seven Russians were not allowed into the country.
