The Ministry of Education announced the mechanism for the grievance of students on their final results and identified a number of schools to receive applications. The deadline for acceptance of grievances is only two days from the date of announcement of the results, while the request will be answered either by acceptance or rejection within two days of closing the grievances .


The ministry said on its official website that after the student has been informed of the end of the academic year 2018-2019, he has the right to apply to the school administration to review the results of the reasons, noting that the school administration receives students' grievances within two days of announcing the results of students. Students' grievances in grades 1 through 11 in school.


The Ministry pointed out that the grievances of general education for 12th grade students are accepted at specific locations according to the centers specified in each emirate, pointing out that the grievance procedures are documented and are adjudicated and the complainant is informed of the procedures within two days.
The Ministry identified the reception centers of the twelfth grade students of the public schools at Hamdan Bin Rashid School in Dubai, the Moaz bin Jabal School in Sharjah, the Al-Jaraf Ajman School, the Umm Al-Shuhada School in Umm Al Quwain, the Umm Al-Muameneen School in Fujairah, Al- Shukkah, Kadara and Al-Minaii, Umm Al-Amara School in Eastern Sharjah and Al-Sabahiya School in Ras Al-Khaimah. Complaints are filed with private school students within the school.


Students from Abu Dhabi, from grades 1 through 12, are accepted to all tracks in the school. If there are other inquiries, students can go to Khalifa Bin Zayed School in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain at the Grade Monitoring Center, and Al Falah School in Al Zafra.
