Two candidates for the baccalaureate and a couple of thirty, arrested in the investigation into suspicion of fraud involving mathematics tests, have been indicted and placed under judicial control, was learned Friday at the Paris prosecutor.

A judicial inquiry was opened Friday by the prosecution, the heads of "fraud in an examination", "breach of trust" and "concealment" of this offense. A total of 21 people were taken into custody in this case and 17 of them were released.

Among the two thirty, born in 1982 and arrested Thursday afternoon, include a man, supervising in a private institution under contract, and his companion. He is believed to have had access to the subjects and to have resold them, while she would have intervened in the delivery of the subjects to the candidates. The latter, arrested Wednesday morning, are suspected of having bought the subjects.

The Ministry had filed a complaint

Leaks concerning the mathematics tests of the general series had been relayed "by Whatsapp private messaging or SMS," said the Ministry of Education on 21 June, which had lodged a complaint.
