Earlier, observers of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine confirmed that under the Stanitsa Luganskaya in the Donbass there was a withdrawal of forces and equipment on the contact line section.

The special representative of the US State Department for Ukraine, Kurt Volker, called the beginning of the procedure for the breeding of forces in the Donbass "a good step for Ukraine."

The German Foreign Ministry welcomed the beginning of the breeding of forces. The Foreign Ministry noted that this is "an important and long-awaited step for the region, which has long been waiting for progress."
