“The President of the Bolivarian Republic, Nicolas Maduro, decided to cancel the decision of March 6, 2019, according to which the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany Daniel Kriner was recognized as persona non grata. The German government decided to return the ambassador to the country, ”says the document quoted by Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreas.
According to him, the country begins the process of normalizing diplomatic relations with Germany.
In March, Arreas said that Venezuela declared persona non grata the German ambassador to the country.
