“Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko held an informal meeting in the residence of the President of Belarus,” RIA Novosti quotes Peskov.
He also said that later the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon joined the meeting.
Earlier, Putin arrived in Minsk, where he will attend the closing of the II European Games. He was invited to the ceremony by Lukashenka.
