Suspense: The Blue returned to the locker room at the break on the score of 0-0 against Brazil, after a goal of Valerie Gauvin refused on intervention of the VAR, in the round of 16 of the World Cup, Sunday in Le Havre.

The Reunionese thought to have opened the scoring before the half hour of play, but the referee canceled his goal, after consulting the video assistance, probably estimating that there was a charge on the keeper of the Seleçao Barbara.

For this knockout match, the French coach Corinne Diacre made a strong choice, starting the striker Viviane Asseyi, usual substitute, at the expense of Gaëtane Thiney, on the bench.

In the ranks of Brazil, Cristiane, former PSG attacker, was dangerous, with a good opportunity just before halftime. Other threats to the Blue are called Marta, named six times world's best player by FIFA, and Debinha, new star "auriverde".
