“The commission refused to register candidates for the people's deputies of Ukraine included in the electoral list of the political party“ Rukh new forces ”in the national multi-member electoral district and candidates nominated in single-mandate electoral districts,” the report indicates.
It is noted that the decision was made after considering a number of documents.
The CEC clarified that the extraordinary party congress "Ruh of the new forces", which approved the electoral list of candidates, "was held in violation of the requirements of the statutes of this party."
Earlier, the CEC refused to register the Communist Party of Ukraine for elections to the Rada.
