Sharjah Police has launched a warning system to allow police patrols, which are recently being used by Sharjah Police patrols, to transmit messages via radio waves to radios in surrounding vehicles in several languages, in order to alert other vehicles to make way for the patrol and enable them to quickly access the site Communication in the shortest possible time.

The Director General of Central Operations in Sharjah Police, Brigadier Dr. Ahmed Said Al-Na'our, said that the device also contains three recorded voice messages: the first alert to the presence of a police car approaching; the second: to alert to the presence of a police car parked in front; From the intersection and hope to stop.

He called on motorists to commit themselves to making way for police vehicles, emergency and official processions, in order to enhance the speed of response to accidents, warning against obstructing the movement of vehicles, which is considered a negative behavior, causing delays in access to the sites of communications.

The General Command of Sharjah Police pointed out that the violation of the priority of the road to emergency vehicles, ambulance, police or official processions, which is stipulated in Article 54 of the Traffic and Traffic Law, punishes the perpetrator of a fine of 3000 dirhams with 30 days' Traffic points, will be implemented from early July, in order to achieve the highest levels of traffic safety, and ensure that police vehicles and emergency access to the sites of communications in the shortest possible time.
