As we know, the opposition bloc is the remnants of the former Party of Regions, which represented, not very successfully, the eastern part of Ukraine. They have grounds for a certain disappointment with the first steps of President Zelensky, ”Zatulin said.
He also noted that the situation in Ukraine is very chaotic and, making such statements, “The Opposition Platform - For Life” is fighting for its voter.
“Of course, the party leadership must be supported when they come out for peace in the Donbas and for relations with Russia. But it is not worth exaggerating and embellishing their actions and goals, as well as thinking that they completely coincide with ours, ”he said.
Earlier, the Ukrainian party “Opposition Platform - For Life” published a statement in which it accused the current authorities of the country in the absence of steps to resolve the situation in the Donbas peacefully.
The party emphasizes that there are not enough beautiful statements and phrases to stop the war.
