However, as stated in the report, the Saudi authorities must pay financial compensation to the family of the journalist and apologize to the Turkish government for abusing its diplomatic privileges and violating the ban on extraterritorial use of force.

Also, the US Riyadh must apologize to the US authorities for the murder of an American citizen.
