“To elect a measure of restraint in the form of imprisonment in relation to the accused in part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“ Murder ”) Sergei Khojoyan until August 2, 2019,” the judge announced the verdict.

Earlier, an investigator in the courtroom stated that Khojoyan did not plead guilty to the murder of Belyankin.

On the evening of June 1, 24-year-old Belyankin died of a stab in the heart after he stood up for the wounded participant in the conflict around the cafe.
