“Once again, after a coup d'etat took place in Ukraine, contrary to the agreement that the Germans, French and Poles witnessed just a day before, we began to knock on European doors, calling for opposition to be controlled by them,” the Russian minister said.

In late April, OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greming said that he had discussed the situation in Ukraine with Lavrov.
