The Abu Dhabi Court of Appeal has started the trial of an Arab woman "married to a Gulf man", accusing others of stealing a person's identity and taking his bank card after they dragged him and threatened him with the weapon and decided to extend the case to allow the accused to file the documents.
During the hearing, the defendant denied the accusation and explained that she went with her sister and other defendants, and the defendant for the walk, pointing out that the plaintiff is a friend and during their trip there was a dispute between them which led to the charge of assaulting him and stealing his bank card and filed a complaint three days after the incident, Accused of maliciously charging that anyone who stole his bank card would report it on the same day.
She pointed out that the court of first degree ruled her imprisonment with the suspension of execution and deportation from the state, pointing out that she was born in the state and that her husband is a Gulf and live with her children in the state and that her deportation will deprive her from seeing her children once she left home.
The court decided to give the accused time to submit documents proving that she was born in the state and that her children and her husband live in the state. And that their marital relationship still exists, to emphasize that their exclusion from the States will result in the dispersal of the family.
