Despite the success of smartphones, Apple has not abandoned the market of multimedia players and released Tuesday a new model of iPod, the first in four years.

Apple has all the more interest in offering as many devices to listen to music or play games that the firm has the apple service (Apple Music, video, etc) its new relay growth as iPhone sales skate.

This iPod new generation --grosso modo an iPhone without phone function, which can also connect to the internet wifi-- is sold from 199 dollars, the mobile device of Apple "the most affordable" according to the American giant, which promises an iPod twice as good as the previous model.

Apple has announced recently to engage in video streaming, developing a press subscription or a subscription to video games, so many new services that could help reinvent itself.

The first model of iPod in 2001 had met with great success and marked the turn of the firm towards portable devices, before the global cardboard of the iPhone in 2007.
