The UAE Government Excellence Program has launched a training program for the trainers of the centers' managers, which aims at rehabilitating the 50 managers of the centers, building their capacity and preparing them to become certified trainers, contributing to the government's efforts to provide distinguished services to clients.

The training program aims at transferring the expertise of the trainers in the management of the centers of the customers to the 1000 managers of the government services centers, in order to support the trends to delight the dealers and enhance the experience of the customer and enable him to travel service simple, smooth and fast.

The Minister of State for Health and Quality of Life, Director General of the Office of the Prime Minister Ahud Bint Khalfan Al Roumi, stressed that the UAE government is keen to enable the staff of the centers of the dealers with the necessary skills and tools to enable them to provide a distinct experience for the client and improve the level of services in their destinations, The managers of the centers of the dealers will contribute in supporting these efforts through the transfer of their expertise, skills and knowledge gained to their colleagues in government agencies and centers of the dealers.

Assistant Director General of Government Services at the Prime Minister's Office at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and Future Mohammed Bin Tulaiah said that the training program aims to enable the managers of the centers of the dealers to improve the customer experience by adopting the axes of the happiness of dealers and the guide of the dealers. The training program included workshops, lectures and practical applications focused on enhancing the capabilities of the participants in the methodologies of the leadership of the teams, tools and methods of service center management, and concepts and practices of delighting the customers based on the UAE model.

The training program was designed on the basis of the axes of the happiness of dealers and the guide of the customers developed by the Government of the UAE. The training axes included the concept of happy customers, the skills of analyzing the client's journey, and how to lead the team of the center of the customers.

The training course included a course on the STARS system. The participants participated in an interactive workshop on the main objectives of the system, the redefinition of the concept of services and the experience of the "Services 1" center. Services in the Government of the UAE, focusing on the customer's happiness.

It is worth mentioning that the program of training the trainers of the managers of the centers of the customers comes in the framework of the efforts of the UAE Government Service Excellence Program to improve services by focusing on the client and enhance the efficiency of government, to achieve the vision of the UAE to be one of the best countries in the world by 2021, Which included various training programs and activities, including the training program for trainers of the customers.
