Article 67 of the Labor Code provides that "if the working conditions require that the worker be employed more than the normal working hours, the period of the increase shall be deemed to be an additional period, the worker shall be paid an equivalent wage equal to the normal working hours plus an increase of not less than 25% of that wage" .
Article 68 states that "if the working conditions necessitate the employment of workers for an additional period between 9 pm and 4 am, the worker shall be entitled to overtime for the prescribed working hours in addition to an increase of at least 50% of that wage."
