According to the UK, since the summer of 2018, the accused systematically received bribes from the general director of one of the companies for the construction and maintenance of roads for general patronage, conclusion of a contract and failure to verify the quality of work.

The ministry added that the total amount of bribes was at least 4 million rubles.
