“It may be, on the contrary, to captivate them with something, if they are addicted to weapons — turn them into patriotic circles, let them go and practice. So that according to interests such vital activity formats were proposed, which, in the end, they will be reformatted for some positive interests, ”the parliamentarian concluded.
