A 60-year-old resident of the Novgorod region, who many years ago moved to Russia from Kyrgyzstan, is trying to get resettlement from an emergency wooden hut. According to her, local authorities offer her an apartment in another dilapidated house without communications. As the woman says, housing was recognized as emergency only in 2018, because of which it was not included in the federal program for the relocation of people from emergency houses. At the same time, the administration claims that the pensioner abandoned the well-maintained maneuver fund.
