This is not true. Construction passed all the necessary approvals, including public hearings. And it is carried out on perfectly legal grounds, ”he wrote in his Telegram channel.
At the same time, he stressed that the protest speeches of young people are actively fueled and sent.
“Despite all this, the Church has advocated and will continue to advocate dialogue, harmony and peace. I am sure it will be so, ”he added.
