The first criminal accused the woman and her neighbor of being killed for reporting the police to his friend, as well as threatening to kill him. He resisted the police during his arrest, and drew them to the looters.
The victim said that she lives in an old Arab house in the Rashidiya area, which is a shared dwelling. As she entered the bathroom, the first defendant was touched by her shoulder and asked to accompany him to the bathroom. She stopped him, but pushed her from her back to force her to enter. Her face, causing her to scream and distress. The second victim heard her and saved her. Then they called the police who came and grabbed the first defendant and then left.
The second defendant threatened to kill him for contacting the police, insulting him with disrespectful words. I called the police again and the same patrol returned. During the arrest, the police violently resisted, until one of them hit the wall.
The second victim reported that he lived in the same house with the victim and the accused. On the day of the incident he heard the cry of the victim. He ran to rescue her. He saw the defendant holding her clothes and insisting on entering the toilet. He asked him to stop, but the defendant grabbed a piece of iron and beat him. He told the police who attended and held the first defendant, but when the second defendant returned from abroad and learned of what had happened to his friend, he threatened to kill him and the first victim to inform them of the police against his friend.
A friend of the accused threatened to kill the woman to inform her police.
