The first criminal accused the woman and her neighbor of being killed for reporting the police to his friend, as well as threatening to kill him. He resisted the police during his arrest, and drew them to the looters.

He saw the defendant holding her clothes and insisting on entering the toilet. He asked him to stop, but the defendant grabbed a piece of iron and beat him. He told the police who attended and held the first defendant, but when the second defendant returned from abroad and learned of what had happened to his friend, he threatened to kill him and the first victim to inform them of the police against his friend.
