According to the memo, signed by Dubai Courts General Director Tarash Eid Al Mansouri, Director General of the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities in Dubai, Dr. Hamad Sheikh Ahmed Al Shaibani, and Editor-in-Chief of Emirates Today, Sami Al Riyami, And to provide the parties to the memorandum with semi-annual reports of cases that have been assisted, taking into account that the case is financial and not criminal, that the judgment be issued by Dubai courts only, and that the guest be a citizen of the State.

The Emirates Al-Youm newspaper is responsible for coordinating with the rest of the parties to prepare an extensive publicity campaign about the initiative in all its details and its commitment to transfer the donations and contributions received through the Hotline service to the bank account of the initiative in coordination with the Department of Islamic Affairs.

The Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities is committed to coordinate with all parties, to pay the amounts donated for cases that are due and approved by the courts, to support the initiative with an annual amount of donations, to allocate a bank account for the initiative to a local bank and to provide the parties with semi- Have been repaid.

In line with President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan's announcement of the adoption of the year 2019 as "Year of Tolerance", the Department has been keen to sign a number of agreements with a group of supportive and cooperative bodies, in line with its commitment to charitable work, The humanitarian role of the society.
