The forces of the Declaration of Freedom and Change supporting the Sudanese revolution revealed that they had received a call from the Transitional Military Council to resume negotiations and that their response to the Council's memorandum on the Constitutional Declaration would be in writing.

She explained that they set new conditions for negotiations, and identified the points of disagreement between them and the ruling military junta, which points will be the debate on the crucially the goal in any meeting, she said.

"The beginning of what the New Testament calls for does not delay the creation of a climate of political stability, because the tension is reflected in the form of economic crises and the disruption of life and services necessary for citizens.

In the meantime, it was decided that the forces of the Declaration of Freedom and Change would hold a meeting this evening at the Umma Party House to discuss the formation of a unified delegation to negotiate with the Transitional Military Council on transitional government structures and competencies, a source confirmed.

This meeting is the second in three days of the alliance that leads the popular movement in Sudan.

Differences and quarrels
