The trustees of charitable associations in Ras Al Khaimah have announced the intention of implementing the electronic link between them, to consolidate the data of beneficiaries and humanitarian cases, to control the mechanism of disbursing financial and material aid to the needy and to limit the manipulation of some of the request for assistance from more than one association. Who are in need until the electronic link is formally applied during the coming period.

"The process of disbursing financial assistance to the needy is fully controlled through the study of humanitarian cases and the disbursement of financial assistance to concerned bodies, such as public and private hospitals, private schools and service agencies," they told Emirates Today.

"The organization has been assigned to a member of its board of directors to implement electronic links with charities and charities in Ras Al Khaimah to obtain data from those in need to avoid the disbursement of financial aid more than once," said Mohammed Jakeh Al Mansoori, Secretary General of Ras Al Khaimah Charity Foundation.

He added: "If any person in need of financial assistance, the payment of tuition fees or the payment of financial dues to government and private hospitals, the charities that cooperate with us inform us of the receipt of financial assistance and value, although it deserves to help again or not» .

He added: "If it turns out that the beneficiary needs more to the weak salary, and that the financial assistance received is insufficient, is assisted in accordance with the regulations in force to pay its obligations, whether tuition fees, or rent housing or treatment.

"The electronic connectivity of charities and charities in the emirate will reveal the number of financial aid received by each beneficiary," said Abdullah Saeed Al Tanaiji, Secretary General of Al Rahma Charitable Society in Ras Al Khaimah.

He explained that «electronic connectivity will save time and effort on charities and charitable institutions, where the social researchers are visiting reciprocal associations, to see the assistance that was provided to the needy registered on the list of data of charities».

"The electronic link will speed up the disbursement of financial aid and will prevent the manipulation of some people to seek assistance from associations more than once."

"The electronic link will provide a complete set of data on people benefiting from financial assistance at the level of charities and charitable organizations in Ras Al Khaimah," said Ali Abdullah Al Shehhi, Director of Dar Al Bar Branch in Ras Al Khaimah. He explained that «the Association does not spend financial aid until after studying the humanitarian situation, and obtain the necessary papers to provide assistance, so that it is disbursed to hospitals and schools directly, after ascertaining the availability of conditions for assistance».
