She explained that the responsibility for registration and participation for the insured falls on the employer under the Pensions Law and is responsible for making contributions on his salary. Therefore, any additional amounts or fines imposed on the employer for failing to register or pay contributions for employees The fees are not reimbursable by the insured, and these fines are paid retroactively, and the employers are not exempt from them. This makes their speeding up to registration and participation necessary to avoid these fines, which increase over time.

Shehaili explained that «the Commission is currently working to communicate with the free zones and those operating in the field of tourism and hotels employing citizens, to verify their legal position to comply with the provisions of the Pensions Law to avoid any legal consequences resulting from violation of its provisions, Any employer in the private sector shall register its employees subject to the provisions of the Pensions Law at the Commission within one month from the date of their entry into the service. The employer shall provide the Authority with a list of employees who have completed their service within one month from the date of termination of their services.
