This complaint also applies to the police for "non-assistance to person in danger" and "non-obstacle to the commission of an offense".

The young woman claims not to have participated in the demonstration

The young woman was assaulted by the police around 18:30, shortly after leaving the shop where she worked as a saleswoman. 42 people arrested that day

Saturday, December 8 was the most tense in Marseille since the beginning of the movement of "yellow vests" on November 17. Several demonstrations took place that day: in addition to the "yellow vests", which were about 2,000, a march of activists against climate change and unhealthy housing had gathered some 10,000 people.
