Earlier, the Ambassador of Venezuela in Brazil, Maria Belandria, appointed by the opposition leader Juan Guaido, said that the first truck with humanitarian aid drove across the border of Brazil to Venezuela.
Guayido also reported that three US aircraft with humanitarian aid for Venezuela arrived in Colombian Cukuta.
