The Judiciary Committee of the House of Representatives is launching an investigation for possible obstruction of justice, corruption and abuse of power by Donald Trump and some of his associates. The commission sent requests for documents to 81 people from the president's entourage.

A total of 81 companies, government entities, and personalities, including two sons of Donald Trump, his son-in-law Jared Kushner, former justice minister Jeff Sessions, and the trumpet finance director of the Trump organization have received documents from the Judiciary Committee. They have until March 18 to provide the requested papers and expose themselves in the opposite case to subpoenas to appear before the commission.

" This is a critical time for our country. We have the responsibility to investigate these issues and hold public hearings so that the Americans are informed of all the facts, "said Jerry Nadler, chairman of the Judiciary Committee. According to him, the US president has tried to interfere with justice and that is what he intends to prove with these requests.

" It's very clear that the president has tried to obstruct justice. It's very clear. 1100 times he called the investigation of the prosecutor Mueller witch hunt. He tried to protect General Flynn from an FBI investigation, he sacked Comey to stop the "Russian thing" as he said on NBC News. And he publicly intimidated witnesses! "

The Judiciary Committee of the House is the entity with the power to launch the impeachment process of the president, but the Democrats for the time being refuse to brandish this threat. Asked about the commission's requests, the president said he would cooperate. But he has once again denounced a hoax built up by democrats.
