According to the agency, the leaders of the DPRK and Russia during the negotiations agreed to strengthen strategic cooperation to preserve peace and security in the region.

On April 25, negotiations between Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-un took place in Vladivostok. The meeting lasted about three and a half hours.
