Rainy and windy weather will appear in most regions on Wednesday, according to Météo-France. The disturbed weather will affect a large half of southwestern France in the morning, before spreading in the afternoon to the east. First between Brittany and the west of the Pyrenees early in the day, rainy weather will set in the morning of Brittany and Lower Normandy to the Massif Central, to Languedoc and PACA, with rains temporarily southerly and stormy between the south of Rhône-Alpes and PACA. The snow-rain limit will be around 1,600 to 2,000 m in the Alps. Over the course of the afternoon, this disturbance will shift towards the Alps and the Great East.

Thunderstorms in the West

In the west, the weather will become more variable in the morning, with alternating clearings and cloudy periods accompanied by some showers, sometimes stormy, first between the Atlantic coast, the Pyrenees and up to Roussillon. A strengthening of the south wind will accompany this disturbed time. Between the Gulf of Lion, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, in the Val de Saône to Lorraine, and the Pays de la Loire and the Center to Normandy and the northern regions, it will blow gusts up to 70 to 80 km / h in general, even 90 km / h in the Lyon region and on the terrain. On the Pyrenees it will reach 100 to 110 km / h gusts.

In the afternoon these conditions will shift from the Channel and Hauts-de-France to the Mediterranean regions, while from Aquitaine to Brittany a new disturbance with more frequent thunderstorms will settle.

In the morning, the temperatures will go from 7 to 13 degrees. In the afternoon, it will be 13 to 16 degrees from Brittany and Lower Normandy to the Pays de la Loire. The maximum will reach another 19 to 24 degrees from Hauts-de-France to Alsace. They will range from 16 to 19 degrees elsewhere.
