However, in the Lipetsk, Leningrad, Tula and Kaluga regions, as well as in Sevastopol, the unemployment rate has increased.
Earlier, the publication "Amber Region" reported that in the Kaliningrad region the number of unemployed registered in the employment service of the population was less than 3700. This is a historical minimum for 20 years.
