It’s difficult to argue with this and the actions of the Ministry of Health are certainly correct, ”he said.
Chicken also noted that there are now a large number of people who deny HIV or are trying to prove that this is a kind of invention of doctors.
“This is a completely unscientific stupidity that cannot be encouraged and promoted,” said the deputy.
Earlier, the Ministry of Health of Russia has prepared a bill banning the dissemination of information calling for refusal of HIV testing and treatment.
