This is reported by the newspaper "Krasnaya Zvezda" with reference to the head of the national center for reducing nuclear danger, Sergei Ryzhkov.

“As part of the implementation of an international treaty on the Open Skies, the Russian group of inspectors plans to perform an observation flight on a Russian Tu-214ON aircraft over the territory of the United States,” Ryzhkov noted.

He added that the flight with a maximum range of up to 4.8 thousand kilometers will be made from April 22 to April 27.

In March, a US military aircraft flew over the territory of Russia.
