According to him, at a meeting held in the Ukrainian House, at least three hierarchs of the UOC MP were present, including Alexander (Drabinko), Metropolitan Pereyaslav-Khmelnitsky.
After the meeting, Rostislav Pavlenko, director of the Ukrainian National Institute for Strategic Studies, said that "representatives of the UOC-MP from among those who support the union" of the church in Ukraine were present.
He also said that Poroshenko discussed various issues with the hierarchs, including informing them about his talks with the Patriarchate of Constantinople.
Earlier it was reported that Poroshenko did not come to a meeting with the bishops of the canonical UOC.
